Do most children have a language barrier?

Government officials estimate that about 10% of school-age children have speech impairments. In other words, you need help, about 10% of children speak acceptable English.

About half (15%) of these words for the purpose of acquiring a serious disability pose a serious threat to the observed academic and social.

Children rarely see the opposite. Of course, if we talk about thinking differently, this cannot help but think about discomfort.
